The location is superb – a 5-minute walk to Isartor S-Bahn station (S8 line, 40 minutes from the airport), 10 minutes to Marienplatz, and a 5-minute walk to the Isar river with its lovely promenade. The street is a dead end, so there's minimal traffic. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, but not under the windows. Staff speak Russian, English, German, and probably other languages. The breakfast is wonderful and varied – vegetables, fruits, porridges, herring, cheeses, sausages, eggs in all forms, and even champagne. Delicious coffee and fresh juices. There's no lunch or dinner service, but tea and coffee can be requested. The lobby always had tasty sweets and crispy salted breadsticks. Every morning a small chocolate bar was left in the room. Rooms are comfortable and modern, though small. Free Wi-Fi and a free safe in the room. The hotel can also sell tickets for some attractions, including a bus tour.”
